Brief
Helios is a hub software built from the ground up to be a totally custom core solution for any medium to large team. It was first developed as an in-house solution for our own company doings, but as it evolved we have begun offering it to businesses who desperately need automation, organisation and one single hub to store and manage internal data that builds up in the company over time.
Helios started out as being an internal solution for our digital agency for storing company information. Since then, it has been expanded by us as our needs grew. Now, it is a fully functional, highly useful hub for our company and for companies, agencies and teams of various sizes.

Helios is currently being used by our team on a daily basis and we are open to provide a custom Django admin implementation for other teams as well.
Challenges
Teams of medium to large size have the inevitability to deal with an influx of information. This might be HR having to deal with incoming CV‘s and job applications or holiday management. It could be the design and frontend team needing to send & receive giant files among each other or it could be the marketing team needing a place to do CRM. There are many apps and web applications out there that serve the above mentioned purposes, although one problem remains. The information is not stored in one place for team management to access in one go- team members need to have an uncountable amount of logins and passwords for multiple apps and with that said, productivity lowers the more apps you throw into your mix of solutions.

Dashboard
Once you access your business hub by being connected to your proxy or VPN, you have one login which provides you access to a dashboard. The dashboard is equipped with a list of internal applications (filedrop, accounting, CRM, image server, Gitlab dashboard or whatever other internal apps you might have). Every team or business‘ dashboard would look different depending on what custom IT solutions you have integrated.
In case you would find it useful, the Pyango team could integrate a priority list (our team uses this to keep track of what is important) which would greet you upon first look on your dashboard.
External applications are also listed alongside your internal apps. These apps would vary depending on the tools your team uses. For the Pyango team these apps are: Figma, Outline, Gitlab, Sybill (time tracking software developed by us), Discord, Google Drive, Pivotal Tracker and so on.
